Pay after delivery

We build first. We ship first. You pay last.

Hiring a new development company across an ocean should not require blind trust. So we flipped the model: no deposit, no milestones, just an agreed price you pay after your project is live and approved.

$0 before delivery

No deposit, no milestone payments and no card on file. Your money never leaves your account until you have what you paid for.

A written scope

Before we start, we agree in writing what will be built, how it will be tested and the price. That scope is the yardstick for approval.

A 7-day review

Once it is live, you test everything against the scope. Anything that does not match is fixed free of charge.

Ownership on payment

When the invoice is paid we assign all IP to you and transfer the source code, repository, hosting accounts and credentials.

  1. 1

    Day 1

    Free discovery call

A 30-minute video call in your time zone. We learn how your business runs and what the software must do. NDA signed first if you want one.

  2. 2

    Within 1 business day

    Your written proposal

A written scope, the price in USD, EUR or GBP, and a delivery date. No deposit, no card on file, nothing to pay.

  3. 3

    2 to 3 weeks

    We build, you watch

Weekly demos on a live staging link. You see real progress, give feedback any time and never wonder what is happening.

  4. 4

    7-day review

    We ship it

We launch it on your domain or deliver it to your team. You get 7 days to test everything against the agreed scope.

  5. 5

    Invoice after approval

    You approve, then pay

We invoice only after you approve, payable within 7 days. Then we hand over the full source code, IP and every credential.

The Ship-First guarantee

Our promise, in plain English.

It is written into every statement of work we sign.

  • If anything we deliver does not match the written scope, we fix it at no cost.
  • If we cannot deliver what we agreed, you do not pay.
  • Changes you request along the way are quoted separately, before any work starts.
  • After launch, you get 30 days of free fixes for anything that falls short of the scope.

Why we do it

Why would a company build before being paid?

Because trust has to be earned, not requested. Businesses hiring abroad, especially in the US and Europe, are right to be cautious about sending a deposit to a team they have never met. After 20+ years in business and 95+ software tools and services delivered, we are confident enough in our work to remove that risk entirely.

It also keeps us honest. A careful scope, weekly demos and a working product are the only way we get paid, so every incentive points at delivering exactly what you need, on time. Clients who see finished work pay for it, and many of them come back for the next project.

FAQ

Pay-after-delivery, explained.

How does pay after delivery work?

We agree the price and a written scope, then build your project with no deposit. When it is finished we launch it on your domain or hand it to your team, and you have 7 days to test it against the scope. Once you approve, we send the invoice, payable within 7 days. After payment we transfer the full source code, IP and credentials.

Why do you build before you get paid? Isn't that risky for you?

It is a risk we choose to carry. After 20+ years in business and more than 95 software tools and services delivered, we know how to scope a project so it succeeds. Clients overseas should not have to trust a new vendor with their money, so we earn that trust by delivering first.

What if I am not happy with what you deliver?

If anything does not match the written scope, we fix it at no cost. Scope changes you ask for along the way are quoted separately before any work starts, so nothing is ever a surprise. If we cannot deliver what we agreed, you do not pay.

How much does a custom website or software project cost?

Our projects range from $2,000 to $5,000 (about €1,900 to €4,700 or £1,600 to £3,950). A business website starts at $2,000, a website with e-commerce, bookings or integrations is typically $3,500, and custom business software or a SaaS MVP is typically $5,000. Larger builds are split into phases, each paid after delivery.

Do you also make motion graphics and edit videos?

Yes. We create premium motion graphics and edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, plus long-form videos for YouTube. Launch prices: Starter at $60 for a single video, Series at $50 per video for 5 videos ($250 in total), and Studio at $44 per video for 10 videos ($440 in total). The first cut arrives in 3 to 5 business days, and as with everything we do, you pay only after you approve it.

Get your quote tomorrow. Pay nothing until it ships.

Tell us what you need. You will have a written scope, a price and a delivery date within one business day, and you will not pay a cent until your project is live and approved.
