Pricing questions.
How much does a custom website or software project cost?
Our projects range from $2,000 to $5,000 (about €1,900 to €4,700 or £1,600 to £3,950). A business website starts at $2,000, a website with e-commerce, bookings or integrations is typically $3,500, and custom business software or a SaaS MVP is typically $5,000. Larger builds are split into phases, each paid after delivery.
Do you also make motion graphics and edit videos?
Yes. We create premium motion graphics and edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, plus long-form videos for YouTube. Launch prices: Starter at $60 for a single video, Series at $50 per video for 5 videos ($250 in total), and Studio at $44 per video for 10 videos ($440 in total). The first cut arrives in 3 to 5 business days, and as with everything we do, you pay only after you approve it.
Can the price change once we agree it?
Only if you ask for more. The price in your written proposal is the price on your invoice. If you ask for something new during the project, we quote it separately and you decide before any extra work starts.
What if my project is bigger than $5,000?
We split it into phases. Each phase has its own price and scope, takes 2 to 4 weeks, and is invoiced only after it ships and you approve it, so the pay-after-delivery promise holds for the whole project.
Are there any ongoing costs?
Only third-party costs you choose, such as hosting, domains or paid plugins, billed directly to your own accounts at cost. We never resell hosting with a markup. An optional monthly care plan is available if you want us on call.
How do I pay?
After approval you can pay by card, bank transfer in USD, EUR or GBP, or PayPal. Invoices are issued in your currency and are payable within 7 days.
