Legal
Privacy policy
Last updated: 28 September 2026
This policy explains how OmniSaas ("we") handles personal data when you visit https://www.omnisaastech.com or contact us. We collect as little as possible and never sell personal data.
Who we are
The data controller is OmniSaas. Contact us about privacy at samarthbargale@gmail.com.
What we collect and why
- Enquiries. When you use our contact form or email us, we receive your name, email, company, country and project details. We use them only to reply and prepare a proposal (legal basis: steps prior to a contract, and legitimate interest).
- Cookieless analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies or personal identifiers.
- Clients. For clients we keep contract, invoicing and project communication records as required by law.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run our business (hosting, email, scheduling, payments), under contracts that protect it. Where data leaves the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as tax and contract law requires.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act), you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. Email samarthbargale@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Client projects
When we build software that processes personal data on your behalf, we act as your processor and will sign a data processing agreement on request.
