Terms of service
Last updated: 28 September 2026
These terms summarise how OmniSaas works with clients. Each project is also governed by a signed statement of work (SOW), which takes precedence where the two differ.
1. Scope and price
Before work starts we agree a written scope, acceptance criteria, a delivery date and the price in USD, EUR or GBP. Changes you request after that are quoted separately and only carried out once you approve them.
2. Pay after delivery (Ship-First)
- No deposit or milestone payment is required.
- When the project is delivered, you have 7 days to review it against the acceptance criteria. We fix any shortfall free of charge.
- After your approval, or if no issues against the scope are reported within the review period, we issue the invoice, payable within 7 days.
- If we cannot deliver what the scope describes, no payment is due.
3. Ownership
On full payment, all intellectual property in the work we create for you is assigned to you, and we transfer source code, repositories, accounts and credentials. Until payment, the work remains ours and is provided to you for review only. Third-party and open-source components remain under their own licences.
4. Confidentiality
We keep your information confidential and sign an NDA on request before you share sensitive details.
5. Support
For 30 days after launch we fix, free of charge, anything that does not meet the agreed scope. Further changes and optional care plans are quoted separately.
6. Third-party costs
Hosting, domains, paid plugins, API usage and similar services are billed directly to your own accounts.
7. Liability and law
Our total liability for a project is limited to the fees paid for it. The governing law and venue are stated in each SOW.
